3) Naruto (Or Boruto) - "Jutsu mishap" / A jutsu casted and the people around transforms into:

Naruto Uzumaki to Sarada Uchiha
Boruto Uzumaki to Hanabi Hyuuga
Shikamaru Nara to Teenage Himawari
Shikadai Nara to Ino Yamanaka
