Jo has a secret desire in conflict with her personality.  She wants big, full, breasts, but the part of her brain that wants them isn't the part that is socially awkward to the point of panic.  The best stories are those of the the heart in conflict with itself.  Here we have a woman who doesn't want to be noticed who also wants physical attributes that will, without question, bring attention.  To be curvy and sexy with a lover is the dream.  To be leered at and approached is the nightmare.  You gotta admit, that would be a good story.
