Poll Results: Update 1.5.0 (Patreon)

Hola Everyone!

Thanks to everyone for participating in our first content poll. As always, this gives us insight into what our faithful denizens wish to see. I am pleased to announce that the winning combination for Petra's transformation was Siren and Dark Elf (Drow). Update 1.5.0 will see your security officer converted to a mythical creature of some sort...but whether she is drawing sailors in with song or employing more 'traditional' leather and rope will, as always, be up to you.

Surprisingly enough, the closest competitor had no overlap with the winner! Multiplication and Pet-ra was the second most popular option. Fear not, fluff fans, for we'll make sure these options recur when appropriate, so there will be a chance to try again.

Again, thank you to everyone who participated. I think we learned some things about the process and it will help us have an even smoother experience next time around. So, now that we have that locked in, lets talk about the immediate future.

The next notable event will, of course, be the launch of 1.4.0:  the long-awaited 'gender patch' which allows you to play from beginning to end as a male or female, in addition to your current body type (or change along the way, if you wish!)  Luciana and I are feverishly at work, and it's coming along nicely. This update will be focused on that content alone, however, as the entire game body (which, according to twine, comes in at a whopping 323,000 words!) needs to be scanned and edited for the new gender interactions. However, looking back through our old text has meant stumbling across a lot of old typos and minor issues, so we'll also be cleaning a lot of the text with this update as an added bonus. Look forward to a few more behind the scenes updates and the release date being announced soon.  

After the public launch of 1.4.0, we'll be putting up our next poll for our next content expansion patch (1.6.0). We will be focusing on those update options that are text-only (such as dual scenes between characters or additional scenes with existing characters), since as much as we'd love to do an art set for each and every update, even demons have to pay the bills! That poll will be ongoing as we begin work on Petra's ultimate fate for release in 1.5.0.
