DISTRESSED DAMSELS: Yet more ROSE & LILY sketches (with photoref assist from "Body-chan")! (Patreon)

Flailing around whilst struggling desperately with "multi-tasking" (at which I am increasingly inept), cranked out some random sketch sets of Rose & Lily material in a dogged attempt to work up some "drawing-table momentum."  Tried something different with this first (incomplete) set...

..in that two of the poses were photoreferenced from those "Body-chan" and "Body-kun" models I picked up earlier in the year:

Yeahp, a bajillion-odd sketches into DiD commissioning and content, I still feel like I need to work on my poses, especially for complex relational images such as these "over-the-shoulder carry" poses. Ah, with these two photos, I failed to notice something about damsel "Body-chan":

Namely, see those jointed "toe units" on the model's  feet? Too late, I realized that those could be bent forward to more closely simulate high heels, such as the ones being sported by Lily in these sketches. Live and learn, folks!

Next up, another work-in-progress set of non-referenced Lily poses:

These are vaguely related to a possible story concept involving Lily undercover (in a microskirted cheongsam, no less), but I dunno if I'll bother working the idea up very much further.

Next, an even more incomplete set, with the pose at upper right prrrrobably referenced from Body-chan; despite its simplistic shoulder joints, the model's proved surprisingly useful for trying to figure out DiD arms-behind-the-back poses, which are a perpetual problem for me.

Say, the sketch at upper left features some hint of the cheongsam I mentioned! (I'll save the initial sketches along those lines for another post someday.)

The lower left Lily pose isn't too bad...

...so I might reuse that elsewhere.

Finally, another incomplete Lily sketch set from a few weeks back, loosely based on some vague notion featuring our disheveled heroine winding up in a state notably akin to "Fetchingly Bepantsed Emp" of yore, though lacking the latter's Bonus Eyeglasses:

Anyhoo, that's all I got for this rather desperate Distressed Damsels post, okay? (Our next such post will likely feature the return of The Chaste and the Chained's "Elf vs. Chair" episode, which boasts at least two more Clip Studio Paint page roughs in progress.)

And now, back to flailing away and failing at multi-tasking, folks—starting with washing the g-d dishes, which I should be able to handle before crashing out for the evening with a few beers and a new-to-me episode of Mao-Mao (aka The Apothecary Diaries). Wheeee!
