Double (Patreon)

Another idea sent in (why nothing from my patrons!!!) was taken up but did not sound quite right.  I think that I was able to turn it into the classic set up - a man does not want to change sex but submits to the surgery because he has to.  Anyway, I am not certain about the title so I am open to suggestions for a new one?
