I saw something on TV about the guy who took a bet that he would not get breast implants and live with them for a year.  Not only did he get them but he kept them, mainly because he was able to conceal them easily.  He was still gambling though, and this got me thinking about an alternative ending.  As my readers will know, I am always looking for a new set up - a circumstance that forces a normal guy to switch genders, and let loose the consequences.
