Inspired by Tiffany etc. No. 14 (Patreon)

Tiffany is incredible!  She is not producing at the moment, and concentrating on real life, but I love her short, pithy captioned images when looking for ideas.  She paints a picture but leaves me with plenty of scope for imagination in creating a story.  This is the fourteenth volume of her stuff so that is 70 stories.  And by my count there are more than 180 more of her caps that are worth me drawing a story from.  Can it be done while still keeping things fresh?
