Stiff Upper Lips (Patreon)

Somehow, this week seems to have acquired a curry flavor, and this is the first of a pair of Indian themed stories that arose some time ago when I wrote a story for somebody who has commissioned writings from me.  He described himself as being British, reserved and "stiff upper lip" so I was keen to write something very British for him.  Sadly this was not to his taste, so with his permission, here it is.
