A final tale for the week in the voluntary category but this one is too small to make it into a book for Amazon readers.  I generally regard anything less than 2000 words as a "vignette" rather than a "short story" but that is not always the case.  If you are interested you might take a look at this book when it comes out (next month I hope) as there are stories that are essentially encounters, often best told in few words.
