Personal observation, but look at the Elders eyes in the giant spread. Call it fear, disagreement, hesitancy, whatever there is something behind all of their eyes. Im not saying they are gonna betray Imu, but I cant help feeling the smallest bit of resistance to the idea from them.

Well then, though it was pretty clear I think by now, this chapter just plainly confirmed that Shanks is in fact a Celestial dragon

To clear up your confusion ruff (idk if you realise this later in the video). The gorosei ARE all named after planets it’s just that not all of them are obvious. Mars and Saturn of course are. And ju Peter (Jupiter) should also be clear. The other two v.nus reads out as Venus and Topman valcurie (notice how it’s not spelled Valkyrie like actual valkyries) is supposed to be (top)man (Val)curie making him kinda mercury

Just a side note they actually did reveal early on back during the initial Reverie arc that Mjosgard is from the Donquixote family. It wasn’t revealed for the first time in this chapter it was just restated.

I think the mother flame is a replacement power source for an ancient weapon. mainly for two reasons. One, when luffy and the crew met one of the vegapunks. They where talking about ancient power sources for the robot and trying to recreate it. What if in a attempt to create that power source created the power source that didnt work for the robot but worked for the ancient weapon. Two, when iva brought up vegapunk making a weapon like that Dragon Said that he wouldn't create something just for killing and Iva agreed. That could also be why the 5 elders said they have not tested it yet and dont know how effective its is going to be

They had always said that 19 of the first 20 families left their swords as an oath that none of them would take the seat. With the nefertiti family going back to alabasta, i think most people thought that they just didn't leave their sword, but it seems like imu took the throne and that is what the missing sword was imu's

The former King of God Valley is from house Figarland. It was stated in film red that Shanks is from the Figarland house. Shanks was found in a treasure chest after the events of God Valley, so Shanks came from there. Was that Shanks' dad?

The other 3 Gorosei are Mercury (Valcurie) Venus (Middle initial V) and Jupiter (Ju-Peter), less direct than the others but it gets the Job done lol

if you look at the names of the elders they are called after planets. For example, ju peter sounds like jupiter. V. Nusjuro sounds like Venus. Valcurie sounds like mercury.
