I don't know if you looked up the iron maiden topic later. The medieval had many brutal torture devices but at the moment most historians don't believe iron maidens existed in this time because there is no evidence for it. The devices that are shown in the world were all made in the 19th century (so long after the inquisition) when this myth get popular.
