I always thought Finral was using magic to reinforce his muscles there but it definitely doesnt look like it just a mean right hook with the power of brotherhood and anime on his side

Tabata has confirm 2 things, that Asta is the 2nd physically strong character in the BC world, so Finral knocking Langris out is due to how physical weak Langris is. The other thing is that Noelle has the potential to be stronger than Mereoleona and Julius.
