OH SHIT, pleasant surprise! I wouldn't say it's RIDDLED with fanservice. It has a fair amount, but it's not that bad. People exaggerate so much, especially the uncultured ones who live under a rock. Prison School, High School DxD, Monster Musume, etc.... THAT'S fanservice. Hell, Konosuba has more fanservice than Fire Force. Lol. To me, fanservice is fanservice. There's no "forced" or w/e. It's there to be enjoyed, it's entertainment, it's not something to cry about. Obviously prudes just have a very old-fashioned purist backward mindset. "OH NO THERE'S SKIN, HOW SINFUL."

Also, manga is by the same author as Soul Eater, and the anime is by David Production (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure). And yeah, that is Zorro's voice actor. Also the Japanese voice actor for Sakai Jin in Ghost of Tsushima. Implied in this episode: "Generation" here doesn't mean through a family, but just the class or type of pyrokinetic. Details will be explained later in the series, though.

FIRE FORCE whoop!!! The first episode is a bit slow but from the second one it gets reallllly good and scary but mostly GREAT!! i hope you keep watching it PLUS both Maki in Fire Force and JJK are super super OP imo i love them both

Did you notice that at the end, Shinra smiles genuinely for the first time after the crowd cheers for him? I thought that was a good ending. And the art and sound design in this show are excellent.

If you notice I’m pretty sure that captain obi is the voice of zoro Japanese voice actor. It makes sense bc they’re both total bad asses.
