Something important to note is that Yuji always had superhuman strength and agility. It’s possible the finger enhanced it but the whole point of the shotput scene and the 50 yard dash world record scene where to establish his abilities. As someone who actually threw shotput let me tell you if actually tried to throw it like a baseball you would shatter your elbow. also he shattered the world record throwing it like that, and basically halved the 50 yard dash world record

In Episode 1 Yuji threw a Shotput ball 30m effortlessly breaking the World Record by 7m and Broke the 100m dash World Record too, he's just built different

It was established in episode 1 yuji has always had super human strength and speed. It’s not explained yet and yuji doesn’t know why himself. But he was able to break the record in shot out and they said he could run a 100 meter dash in a very short amount of time

i wouldn't say that, i love jujutsu but its fades off to me toward the middle and end so not my top 10 kind of anime. He may have the same opinion or not. It made my top 20(i have seen almost 300 animes though)
