Laki said Enel has the Rumble-Rumble Fruit (like thunder), a Logia type (2nd named type, 1st was animal-shapeshifter Zoans). Thanks to Oda explaining the types (since the anime won't explain directly), you can know Enel is the 4th Logia you've met so far. You might remember Luffy's punches passing through 2 cigar-smoking individuals, like how Enel took that spear and got cut in half with no problem. Many fans call Logias "Elementals" but I also call them "Intangibles."

One little error: It is the 3rd named type in the anime. Wyper calls Luffy Paramecia/Paramythia (depending on the sub/dub) when he attacks them on their way to the sacrifical altar. So Zoan in episode 82, Paramecia in episode 165 and Logia in episode 175.
