Kira's dad actually is a stand user. His stand is named Atom Heart Father and is what lets him posses the picture. It's a bound stand just like strength and wheel of fortune back in part 3 that are part of objects. Also, Kira's hair turning white is a reference to Twin Peaks where the killer in the show also had his hair turn white then became very carefree just like Kira.

Yeah... bites the dust is OP, one of its only weaknesses is that kira doesn’t remember what happened on previous cycles. Also the first morning we see is actually the second from a timeline perspective since hayato would have had to experience rain, lightning, Rohan dying once for it to be in his heaven’s door file like we see so it seems like fortune telling.

So the thing about Bites The Dust is that it actually is Killer Queen, not just a bomb. He is not able to plant bombs into people or use his stand while it's inside someone like Hayato. Also Kira managed to kill the entire main cast. That's a pretty good thing to put into your villain resume.

Fun detail: Jotaro died, in an explosion that split his face in two... ...that sounds very similar to a certain Boingo's comic book.
