So Josuke's stand is actually called crazy diamond not shining diamond. Crazy diamond was not allowed due to copyright so they changed it.

So part 4's original manga run was 1992-1995. The pitch of part 4 is basically local area and people meets surreal events. About halfway through part 4's manga, the art would gradually become smoother and less 80's sketch design . The 2016 anime adaption would basically go straight into the mid-late art design to not confuse watchers about certain character designs changing.

Oh about the colour. Yeah the original manga didn't have any colour at all. Except for the front and box cover artwork. There is now fully coloured artwork online for jojo upwards to even part 8. The part 4 anime took inspiration from two colour versions. One showing the more natural look and the other with the more vibrant and surreal colour pallet to represent Morioh's more un-natural vibes. David Production basically mixed both together for the anime

Araki himself has said that the colors of his characters and backgrounds constantly change in his mind, and so depending on the tone of the scene they shift much like they would in his head. This also happens in the special colored versions of the manga.
