Anything that looks like it's outside of the wall is just in a rural area outside of the cities. Each area surrounded by the walls is huge

I know you didn't show the opening and I totally understand why. But for those who are familiar with it or watched ruffs reaction to it on youtube a quick note: At the start of the opening, they sing "Seid ihr das Essen? Nein, wir sind die Jäger!", which translates to "Are you food? No, we are hunters!" Also, Erens surname is Jäger (hunter) Pretty fitting considering Eren wants to kill all the titans ^^

He figured she must have been through some serious shit to become as hardened and badass as she is. He got a certain vibe from her, probably. Then not long after that, the show cuts to her backstory, to answer the question for the viewers.

2021-07-08 20:04:41 Also, you're being way too harsh on Eren's dad, imo. He was worried sick about his own son, it's only natural for a parent to be protective, even to the point of scolding their child when they saved someone. No reason to hate him at all. He was in no way being an asshole, just very protective and worried.
