Alex Working Out Sketch (Patreon)

It's been a while since my last update. I'm working on my commissions right now and I might be able to slip a thing for this month's non-reward based on the suggestions given.

This Alex sketch however is not a sketch for a commission nor a sketch for future patreon rewards. My oh my what would this sketch be for?
