SUGGESTION MASTER POST (Patreon)

Here are the rules for the new suggestion system:
- Every patron of 'Combo Meal' is able to suggest as many characters as they want be it in the same reply or different replies.
- Suggestions can be added any time they want, even when it's not the current theme of reward.
- Characters suggested can be canon characters or my (kimakkun's) original characters.
- The same character suggested by the same patron will not affect the chance for it to be picked, however the same character suggested by different patrons might.

Here are some changes for how I will pick the suggestion for the reward:
- Since there will be one master post for suggestion, suggestion will only count if it is made by an ongoing patron. Suggestion will not count if the person is not pledging during the time for suggestion for the reward.
- If the character is chosen, I will not choose the same character for the next 5 rewards (a cooldown, if you will).
- Characters that do not get picked will still be eligible for the next reward if the theme matches and suggested by an ongoing patron.

What don't change:
- Theme for reward will still be a thing.
- Suggestions can only be done by 'Combo Meal' patrons.
- Timespan for suggestions to be eligible (2 weeks since theme announcement).
- The more familiar I am to the suggestion, the higher chance it will be picked.
- I will try to have the characters suggested by different patrons.
- The general 18+ years old character rule.
