PayPal error （in Japan only !?） (Patreon)

最近PayPalで決済できないとご連絡がありました。
個人的にもAliExpressやPatreonで先月まで使用できていたPayPalが使用できなくなっていました。
原因不明ですが日本では本人確認が必須になった可能性が高いです。( ;∀;)
本人確認には免許証やマイナンバーカードが必要なようです。
PayPalに登録した名前がアルファベットですと漢字に直さないといけないようです。
PayPalへログインして右上の🔔ベルマークから本人確認の手続きが開始されます。

I have recently been notified that I am unable to make a payment through PayPal.
Personally, I have also been unable to use PayPal for AliExpress and Patreon, which I was able to use until last month.

It seems that a driver's license or my number card is required for identity verification.
If your name registered with PayPal is in alphabetical characters, you may have to
change it to Kanji.
Log in to PayPal and click the 🔔 bell mark in the upper right corner to start the identification verification process.

★My father will be re-hospitalized this month.
Depending on his condition after he is discharged from the hospital, the number of works for next month may be affected.
