Because of their rarity compared to other types, and their renowned power, Dragons tend to be favored when it comes to recruitment or hiring. Sometimes they can even coast on reputation alone while others' skill and hard work is barely acknowledged! But the knife can cut both ways-- sometimes it also means that the expectations placed on them can be astronomically high.

Dragons are probably more prone to Gifted Kid Syndrome and burnout than any other type.
