STATE-OF-THE-BIRD announcement-- don't worry, I'm okay. (Patreon)

HEY FOLKS, finally done traveling for the time being-- got a few general announcements to make, so I figured I'd get everybody on the same page. We'll start with the mediocre and move up from there.

1. SURPRISING NOBODY, all the chaos has put me pretty behind on the sketches. The submission post for July will still go up shortly, but there will be a bit more of a wait than I'd like on June's. Sorry folks! I appreciate the patience in the meantime.

2. Some of you folks were there for the stream on Friday, aka the day when we all got some Extremely Bad News. I doubt I need to elaborate, and to be honest I'd pretty much already known what was going to happen, but it probably goes without saying that this is just the next blow in the terrifying times we're experiencing.
To make this bulletpoint slightly more positive though: I rarely do more than one patron sketch stream per monthly batch anymore, BUT because I'm already sort of behind, and frankly downright depressed, I am planning on doing ANOTHER stream to fundraise for Planned Parenthood and/or other organizations working to help people reach safety in the wake of the overturn. (Still researching the best places to donate to-- if anyone knows of any specific ones that would be good, feel free to comment here or contact me privately!)
This stream will likely take place next week, and I will post another update with specifics.  The early stream from last week seemed to work really well for people-- if anyone has any time preferences they'd like me to take into account while deciding how to schedule, please feel free to comment below!
I struggle a lot with feeling powerless in the middle of everything, but this at least is something I can do to try and make a difference even as a random struggling artist with little to no political power.

3. FINALLY, SOME GOOD NEWS: y'all have come THROUGH in the past few weeks! I'd like to extend a huge welcome to the gaggle of you who have just signed up in the past few weeks-- welcome to the madhouse! For the first time ever, I am at 50 patrons-- and with that, comes meeting the first of the goals I set awhile back: $750 a month!
While this does depend on whether or not that amount is maintained going forward, I am extremely excited to announce that, hopefully starting in August means I will be once again start producing ASK THE GANG comics!
For any recent joinees who don't know what those are, they're little one-page comics featuring some PMD-inspired OCs, answering questions submitted by YOU! The archive of all past comics can be seen here -- questions can be silly, serious, salacious, or anywhere in between.  I'll have more details on how the comics will operate going forwards once I officially start doing them again (unfortunately, it is no longer possible for me to churn out 9+ comics a month, but I am really excited to do them at all, even if I do them more slowly!), but in the meantime, thank you all for your support!
