I recently watched The Expanse, and I've been watching a ton of Deep Space Nine lately, and I wanted to create an oc along the lines of Lt. Lenina Huxley (Demolition Man), but in a utopian space society as opposed to 2032 San Angeles. I'm not sure if her setting would be a galaxy-spanning utopia (kinda hard to make believable) or a utopian society encompassing a single solar system (more believable imo, but maybe have them on the cusp of exploring a nearby star system and ungergoing rapid societal change as a result). Either way I really wanna keep the Star Trek uniform and color designator aesthetic.

Her phaser is locked to stun, and you need to enter an authorization code to enable lethal force, but it has a tendency to mishear your code and return an error. At any rate, the last time a security officer had to use deadly force was over twenty years ago, and most officers don't bother learning to unlock their phasers anyways. Everyone has UBI and free healthcare. Homelessness, injustice, violence and hunger, etc. are largely a thing of the past. On the other hand, things such as contact sports, alcohol, swearing, unhealthy foods and having sex have been made illegal or highly regulated. Luckily for her, her coworker knows a guy at the local juice bar who can supply her with sugar and caffeine well above the legal limits.

The life of handing out fines for curfew violations is growing stale quick. She lives in a world where nothing ever happens.

Idk, maybe I'll do something with this idea. Also her proportions now are 4 heads tall I think. Maybe I'll tone it down to 4.5. Decisions decisions.
