State of the Patreon (7/18/22) (Patreon)

Dear Patreon Pals:

Whew!  The dog days of summer have arrived and I, for one, couldn’t be happier.  Let’s just say it was a rough Spring for Maverick.  After ducking Covid for two years, it hit my family hard beginning in April.  I also sustained a back injury that made it that much worse.  (Ever cough or sneeze with a back injury?  Not fun.)

Anyway, I don’t want to linger on my personal drama, but I did want to explain why content has been a bit spotty the last couple of months.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Now that Covid and my back issues are behind me (literally!), I'm looking forward to a brighter future.  Especially here at Mavrip!  What's on the horizon, you ask?  Read on:

*First of all, I once again want to acknowledge my friend and Patreon partner, Riptoryx.  While I was convalescing, he was instrumental in ensuring the timely release of our new One Night Adventure game, and stepped-up with some cool content of his own (check out his recent musing on the ruination of Captain Marvel).  He also hinted to me that a status report for his own adventure game, "Nerf Effect" (inspired by the sci-fi world of Mass Effect), is in the offing.  Stay tuned!

*Meanwhile, our current adventure game, One Night Adventure 2: The Tutor, has been very well-received!  If you’ve played it and like it, please message us a quick review.  We’d love to incorporate your quotable feedback into promotions for the game and, since more patrons equal more content, your enthusiastic reviews will help us reach the next reward tier!

*After a delay, The Harem on the Hill returned last week with an extra-long chapter.  If you’re not already playing, I recently made some older chapters available to all patrons.  Check them out!  (And if you’re not already using the handy-dandy Index feature Riptoryx created to navigate our site’s archived content, you can find it here.)

*Finally, as I recover from brain-drain caused by my recent ails, I’m preparing a fun little palette cleanser centered around the First Lady of World Wide Weight-gaining: Brooke.  Trust me, you’re not going to want to miss this!  I'm even incorporating some never-before-seen content!  How is that possible, you ask?  You'll find out in another week or two...

Once again, I want to conclude by thanking you for your patience and patronage.  I can honestly say that your friendship and support helped me through what was a very difficult Spring.  We can't wait to reward you with more of the novel weight-gain content you've come to expect!
