State of the Patreon (11/18/21) (Patreon)

Happy Holidays! I know, I know, it’s not QUITE Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanza (etc., etc.) season yet, but I think we deserve a little extra time to celebrate this year…and here at Mavrip we want to give you a few reasons to lift your glass. How so? Read on!

*First of all, we hope you’re enjoying all the 25th Anniversary goodies for The Lesson. Riptoryx did a great job coordinating the new content and putting it all together. Outside of the epilogue and a few nods of approval for the work he and our collaborators were doing--thanks again SPF and GGG!--I wasn’t too involved in the process. (It felt weird paying homage to my own work.) Nevertheless, I was touched by the craft in which Riptoryx assembled everything and the outpouring of tributes he gathered for the occasion. Never in a million years did I think my virgin tale of virgin weight-gain would be a springboard for so many weight-gain authors and enthusiasts.

Speaking of Riptoryx, you may have noticed the BIG ‘Mavrip Index’ button at the top of the page. This new feature was designed and implemented by Riptoryx based on your feedback. Here’s what he had to say about it:

Patreon isn't great when it comes to storing and organizing content for later access. Multiple patrons have shared with us their frustrations about this, and we agree.

To make things more user-friendly, we've created a hyperlinked index document. It organizes all the most notable stuff we've posted on Patreon into a handful of content-based categories, arranged in order from oldest to newest and color-coded with highlighting to indicate what level of patron exclusivity applies to any given thing.

Let us know how this index works for you. We want it to be helpful. If it's not, then we may need to try something else.

Thanks Rip! Hopefully, this will make it easier for existing patrons to find older content and allow for new and potential patrons to see what we offer and what may strike their fancy.

With Riptoryx busting his butt, you might be wondering what I’ve been up to (besides resting on my holiday laurels). I’ve actually been busy too. In fact, next week we begin beta testing One Night Adventure: the Tutor, the second in my One Night Adventure game series! This time around, you’ll play a High School history professor tasked with tutoring Shelby, the redheaded vixen who made her debut in The Lesson’s new epilogue. I don’t want to give too much away so close to release, but let’s just say you’ll have ample opportunity to educate the voluptuous ingénue on more than just history ;).

This game is significantly bigger than the original so beta testing may take a few weeks, but I definitely want to get it “wrapped up” before Christmas. In the meantime, updates to THOTH may be a bit less frequent, though I’m still hoping to drop a new chapter next week. What better time to stuff poor Tina than Thanksgiving?

Of course, Thanksgiving should also be a time to count your blessings…and here at Mavrip we have over 100 of them! After all, the bountiful feast of fattening goodies Riptoryx indexed above wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you!
