Hey!! Happy spooky season hehe :^)) 

I'm finally getting over my fear of sharing lore of my characters.... which I know sounds super ironic, since I'm planning on starting a comic about them LOL , BUT I... am unfortunately still super insecure about my writing and my direction :,)) However, I decided it's best to just put it all out there anyways. If it's bad, it's bad. But I know I'm improving~ It's about to be exactly a year since I made the decision to put out at least one comic a month. And looking back, I'm really proud of my progress and how easy and enjoyable making comics is becoming for me!

But anyways, sorry for rambling. Today I bring you a comic to show a peek into the nature of Miho's and Maria's relationship. This takes place when they were both 19. 

How did they meet? Well, they both went to the same high school, for starters. Maria didn't really notice Miho though until she saw Miho hanging around the nightlife area, which is where Maria frequents. One day, Miho saw Maria in an altercation with a few men and she stepped in and basically rescued her from the situation. The next time Maria saw Miho, she thanked her, and they got a little closer. They will talk to each other when they run into each other(usually when Miho is on the job in the area), and one day Miho offered to walk her home since she felt uneasy about letting her come home late in the area. Miho ended up accompanying Maria home many times after that, all while Maria started falling for her.
