Good News! Family is out of town so I'm back at the grindstone (graphics tablet), and I'm excited to get back into it. Hopefully I'll be knocking things out of the park pretty face . . . Hopefully. This is one of the three comic pages I'm currently working on, and that's not including the Mark comic about his mom becoming Chieftain, which is basically on hiatus for a while.

Also, I have questions. Can you tell the difference in shading here versus my other recnt pictures? I've been using gradients for the last few months, but for some reason I decided to do this on in my older "painting style" where I set flats down on one layer, and then just got to town on the next layer, figuring shit out by the seat of my pants. One one hand, I have ZERO control over what comes out in the end, so this method is unpredictable. On the other hand, I feel like I can get more expressive and unique colors. Unfortuntely it takes longer, so some panels get minimul soft shading. Time. Time. Time. Time. Need more time.

I'd kinda like to see another page of this one, with Tsun giving Lydia that reward.

>Lydia >Not fucking a Redguard Yeah OK this is obviously some kind of lead up to a spooky Halloween post who is this shape shifting devil witch, Mark?

Also I noticed the difference visually right away and I think it is very complimentary to a comic style piece, something about how the colors are a bit muted but also warm makes the panels flow together nicely.

Pretty nice and Funny, great job on this one and glad you are on total drawing mode. The shades looks good, except im the first panel that look s bit rough. If you prefer this technique keep doing it so you can pull it faster. keep the good job

Yes!!! I love your skyrim work the most! You rock! You make my day when you post new Skyrim stuff. I love your other content too of course, else I wouldn't pay, but that Elder Scrolls is life!

Yeah, I was trying to see what kind of minmul effort I could put into something and still have it look okay. That panel was clearly a flub. I think I'm going back to gradients.

I did notice a difference in the shading, although not before you mentioned it. I don't really have an eye for detail, to be totally honest.... Anyway, I love your Lydia art. Awesome work!
