For some reason I'm feeling a huge amount of general anxiety, and it's causing me to question whether or not this piece is worth finishing. It's my sort of niche (virgin/chad trope) but I think I'm just annoying people at this point. I should finish it because I'm already halfway, and also because I don't think my massive general anxiety is linked to this. I think I'm just being a manic-depressive schizoid right now, and I just need to chill out and get back to being an Albert Camus absurdist hero.

Be sure not to overwork yourself, and do something that maks you personally relax

You have kind of mentioned this anxiety over what to work on and what to stop before, usually mentioning that you’re worried about annoying people or making something that we’ll like. I do hope you actually do take the time to see a specialist about this at some point, because it’s really no way to live.

I don’t know if it help to hear but the reason I joined your patreon is because I like your art and I like the things you draw. So you could just draw whatever makes you happy and I’m sure I’ll like it just as much as I always have. It’s great to see how much you’ve improved over the years and it’s just good to see new stuff coming from you, so keep doing what makes you happy and I’m going to keep liking it.

Obviously nobody here can comment on the anxiety situation (apart from wishing you the best), but you should definitely finish this piece if you can and if you enjoy it; not annoying in the slightest

thanks. That's good to hear. I used to feel rather okay about the ups and downs in my life, but recently I've been feeling defeatist. I just gotta get over it.

Nah man. “I just gotta get over it” is like the guy who keeps sleeping late saying “I just gotta make myself get up earlier.” Just getting over it is very unlikely. You need a systemic change. That guy needs to get himself a better alarm clock and you should think about looking for a professional who wants to help you manage your anxiety.
