The Combat Zone is the perfect microcosm of Fallout 4. It's a cool location, you can have an epic fight in there, and at the end you get a really cool companion. HOWEVER, the isn't any interesting lead-up to the location. You either just hear about it or stumble upon it, nothing really sends you there, so it's completely removed from the flow of the game. As cool as the location is, it's never used again, even though there are unused assets in the game-files that show that the devs were planning some sort of unique quest or mechanic for the location. It seems like you were supposed to take control of the Combat Zone, and you would have been able to set up your own fights and such. All that got scrapped though, which is why the whole affair feels unfinished. Cait herself is a fun companion, and she had a decent story, but she isn't connected to anything in the larger game. I think that she have had a bigger story. The fact that an Irish woman, from Ireland, made it all the way across the Atlantic ocean in Fallout's era should be a bigger story. Transatlantic travel shouldn't be some casual thing. I dunno. I really loved Fallout 4, but that's because I fall in love with potential.

That black guy

nah her parents came over, which is interesting because that means transatlantic travel was possible during fallout 3. I'm a huge Cait fan though and romance her because I like to think of the rough crazy sex she'd be into

That black guy

yep she kills them dead because they sold her on her 18th bday to slaves, but she basically only has her accent because her parents kept her as pretty much a house slave so her accent is whatever they taught her

Ivan

I think cait is besides dogmeat is the best companion in fallout 4

Verixa Okblek

That face & her hair in the nude boxing match is just perfect tomboy sexiness

Wild Bill

That's really Bethesda Fallout in a nutshell isn't it? They don't put any thought into if things make sense, just that they look cool. Like in FO3 with DC being a ruin *200 years* after the war. In 200 years nobody has built anything more than a crude metal shack? According to their timeline the great war was further ago than the U.S. civil war was today by decades. Compared to that, a nude fight club with gorgeous muscle-girls isn't even *slightly* strange.

Yeah, the timeline has always really frustrated me, because 200 years should be long enough for a full recovery. The only excuse I can think of is that the world is so constantly dangerous that every serious rebuilding attempt gets thwarted by Super Mutants, or Ghouls, or whatever.

Master Dragon

Nice, the fight club rules and seeing Cuire as the main stripper rocks. She does have a bit of A tannis from borderlands vibe, with the goggles on her head. Also is that the Gunner chick who is boxing with Cait?

markydaysaid

Not intentionally. I just thought of a 'Raider girl' for Cait's opponent, but she could also be a gunner.
