Eros and Esbelliana (Patreon)

Another vignette for my very slowly developing Bel/Eros character sheet, which will also serve as something of a visual story. This depicts the first chapter of Eros's story. Thousands of years ago, when the gods still ruled the mortal world, Eros ruled over a coven of sorceress-priestesses, and chief among them was Esbelliana. Something in their relationship changed at some point, and Esbelliana rebelled, trapping Eros in a magic book, with which Esbelliana went on to found the Conlegium. Over time, the book became an obscure bit of legend, and was forgotten. 

Thousands of years later, the school will admit its first male student, Bel, who will find the book in the school's poorly maintained library.

(I know that I claim to dislike making lore, but Bel's is very established at this point, and most of it comes from Bel's creator, so I don't have to do the work).
