I'm working on another series of character-sheets (a lot actually, which me luck), and I thought it would be fun to do a chibi for each character. Then, I thought it would be a fun idea to START with the chibi, and use that as my main reference for the 'real' character. I really enjoy drawing short, big-headed characters. I think that's why dwarves have always appealed to me, or rather it is because of my love for dwarves that I like chibis . . . I dunno.

I may not keep this process going. The chibi should really just be an 'extra,' not a fully fleshed out drawing, since this took so much time that I'll have to probably take time away from the 'real' version. We'll see.

Lovely Chibi!

Well if these are your characters, then maybe it could be a chibi universe? But if it's just a sheet for a customer, then you probably shouldn't bother with a colored version of a chibi.

Well, or just stopped at stage 3 with some small shading effects just to make it pop a bit.
