commission form (Patreon)

Hello patrons, I'll be opening commissions here since I've had a few people ask already. I will be taking 3 for this run but expect openings later on in case you miss it.

What's changed from the last time I opened is that I'll be using a form to handle intake, which creates a more streamlined presentation for me. Also circumstances require me to bump the cost to $250 from $200 last time and I apologize for that.
