Based on Leslie Wieder’s book "Songs of the Spine"


Each vertebra has a frequency to which it responds. By transmitting these frequencies in sequence, they will get the spine back into optimal working conditions. In essence, realign the vertebrae correctly. Starting at L5, up to C1 and played approx. 2 minutes for each vertebra.


Listen at a low and comfortable volume, at least 2-3 times a day for best results.

I recommend watching from the beginning to the end without interruptions.


For even faster changes, I suggest listening right after my "Quick Chakra Tune-Up" audio.

Please don't listen while driving or using heavy machinery. Remember to drink plenty of water to aid the healing process. Headphones are optional. You can loop this audio. Unisex.


Possible signs that your spine is out of alignment include:


• Chronic headaches.

• Lower back pain.

• Neck pain.

• Knee pain.

• Hip pain.

• Frequent illnesses.

• Excessive fatigue.

• Numbness or tingling in the hands or feet.
