Listen at a low and comfortable volume, as much and as often as needed. It's best to be relaxed during this meditation. For optimal results, you can move your focus from chakra to chakra as the frequencies transition. 1 minute per Chakra.

This video includes isochronic tones, please don't listen while driving or using heavy machinery and make sure to drink lots of pure water to accelerate the changes. 

Headphones are optional, but they can be used for even faster results. 

You can loop my videos overnight while you sleep for ultra-fast changes.
