Listen at a low and comfortable volume as much and as often as needed. It's best to be relaxed during this meditation. 

Please don't listen while driving or using heavy machinery and remember to drink enough water to accelerate the results! Headphones are optional.

You can multi-task while listening to this session, just make sure you can hear this audio well enough. You can loop my videos while you sleep for ultra-fast changes!

Based on Tibetan Singing Bowls and Chanting, 1 minute per Chakra.
