Announcement [5/21/2021] (Patreon)

Heya everyone - just a quick one here, nothing major:

I've been thinking lately about rewriting Koukon Bridge, my big OU story that sort of kicked off my "career" in writing and was my main focus for a lot of years (and the source material for my "failed" webcomic, which this Patreon was originally meant to fund).

It's a very personal story to me and my friends, and it's been nice to think about it in between other projects that aren't nearly so developed yet - plus, it's been good for me to take a break from Warriors now and again to write something else.

I've got a lot of ideas that are still cooking, so to speak, and ones like Knights and Necromancy are far enough along that I don't mind pausing to work on them a little more between my other projects. Eventually, Warriors just isn't going to be my main focus and that's okay!

I've no intention at all of stopping the TB AU! I want to make that 100% clear right now. My current goal for the AU is to make it though The Great Journey arc and then see where my head is at from there - but I've been writing and publishing only Warriors fics for a long while now and I feel like if I keep going in this trajectory, I'm gonna burn out and feel like I can't work on anything of my own. That wouldn't be good for anyone.

My main question for you all here is whether or not you'd like me to post the KB rewrite on Patreon for you to read - I know that it might not be what you all signed up for, but I'm hopeful that there's still something in it for you! It's a fun story about taking fate into your own hands, filled with a found family of supernatural and super-powered teens, their drama, world-ending stakes, and this time around way more explicitly LGBT+ characters!!

For now, it would be a Patreon-exclusive story until I figure out what else I could do with it. There would be no set update schedule, as I'm not sure how far I'll even be taking it.
