PayPal Issues (and Patreon) (Patreon)

Hey all!! I just wanted to let you know that I've been having a small snafu with PayPal that I'm trying to get resolved, as not resolving it will create horrible complications for my use of the account!

I'll let you know what's going on and what I'll be doing if it turns out this issue cannot be resolved - its likely I'll have to kiss my funds good-bye and start an entirely new account orz

HOWEVER - once this issue is resolved (or not, but I'm really holding out for it resolving and me just panicking over nothing like I often do) I will be revamping (or recreating, yikes) my Patreon into an art + comics page, finally! I've no idea how long that will take but I'll keep everyone here updated.
