As a guy who had never played any Baldur's Gate games, all I know is that there's a Cthulhu race that likes to put worms/tentacles in others' bodies and that's what I did with Karlach.

I find this 'trapped forever in a tentacle/living meat wall' idea really hot, I hope you guys enjoy it too.

Also I tried the camera focus kind of effect in this, to give it a feeling of cthulhu guy is approaching.
