Build v0.10 - Bjørn update (Patreon)

I'm coming back to you with the last update for Day 1, featuring quite a lot of new content, mostly for Bjørn. We've reworked him quite considerably, so that even if you weren't his fan, we hope you'll find him much more interesting now.

Changelog:
- About 12K words of new content (about 8K of that in the continuation for Bjørn's route)
- Reworked intro
- Reworked scenes with Bjørn
- New sprite for Bjørn
- New Arvo CG by hq
- Bjørn CG by Tintiai
- several new backgrounds
- 3 new tracks by Keo, fixes and reworks to some of the older tracks
- Skip intro button that is being displayed with next playthroughs after you've seen the (new) intro at least once 

We implemented quite a lot of changes in this build, and while we tested the new content quite well, this time there might be a bit more mistakes than usual (hopefully not)! We're looking forward to your feedback here, in our Discord server and in the survey.

I also want to remind the €5+ patrons (Stag tier and up) about the poll on which character will get the continuation for his route first, and €1.5/$2 (Classy Canid) patrons that starting with the next month this tier won't have access to the new updates, and we created a €2/$3 tier instead.
