Elegant (Patreon)

I'm happy to share here first the next thing I was working on. Wondering, can you easily tell who they are? :) 

I really wanted to continue this series and somehow I'm imagining all the girls looking really fancy and elegant so that's what I was going for. With a lot of details and jewerelly! (had to stop myself not to add more shells to her top ^^')

On one of the pics there is a simple sketch, where the girl on the left still has only four fingers...oops lol At first I couldn't decide on their pose, sometimes the idea just hits me out of nowhere but unfortunately not this time. So finally it was my sis who suggested they stay back to back and that finally clicked for me :) 

When I'm more or less satisfied with the rough sketch I have I make a copy of it and from this I'm working digitally on Photoshop to put on more details and easily edit what is needed.

I print it out and using a light box I make a lineart like you see on the first pic. Finally the lineart is finished and ready to color!

Coloring is my absolute favourite part, I remeber once comparing lineart to a base of a cake and coloring to frosting and cherry on top :D
