From the Beginning (Sneak Peek) + Development Info (Patreon)

If some of these renders seem kinda familiar, it's because they should!

I won't have much time to dev for the next couple of weeks, meaning that the next update will be a little less bountiful than usual. Instead of fretting over what long scenes to finish, I decided to start working on something I've been putting off for a while: fixing up the game's intro chapter!

It has been on my mind for a while. Some of the animations at the very beginning of the game are shoddy, to say the least, so I'm putting some effort into redoing a handful of them.At the moment, I've re-touched Mary and Satoshi's first blowjob and sex scenes, and Kendo/Mary's first grope scene at the pool. They should look much better now, giving a better impression of the game during the first few minutes of gameplay. I've also integrated the interactable map seen later in the game + a little tutorial of what all the walkthrough icons mean (the exclamation marks "!"). Should make for a smoother experience.

I'm not planning to remake the whole first half of the game, mind you. I don't believe in doing that. Flaws and all, people got drawn to The King of Summer for a reason. So these updates are majorly visual, and I'm only planning to polish-up a few of scenes scenes, not all of them.

Well... there is a specific scene I'm planning to rewrite, but I'll talk about that later.

Oh, yeah, there's also an Arato x Hanako scene coming! Inspiration hit and I think the animations turned up nice enough. I'm not quite done with Hanako yet, but expect to see less of her after this update.
