Clearer tier descriptions (Patreon)

I was reading through my patreon tier descriptions and noticed they are where outdated compared to how I'm working now. I updated them and the biggest alterations in text were:

• Made clearer that the higher rewards stack with previous tiers

• It is now stated that the $20 tier gets extra votes on polls

• Moved the cameo info/reward from the $10 to the $20 tier, as it makes more sense that the top supporters would be there

• Added "long-term" to the requirement above, as cameos were meant as reward to loyal and top supporters in future comics
