- Completed this armor top asset ... finally. This thing felt never-ending, there was always one more thing to do on it.

- I think it looks pretty good overall, maybe even great in certain angles/lighting. Not amazingly perfect, but it's probably as good as I can make it realistically without spending a ridiculous amount of time on it, which ... I still spent a ton on it as is, I think it's 4 weeks now ? Needless to say, I'm pretty burned out and tired of looking at it. I don't think I'm going to be making anymore full sets for the foreseeable future, most likely back to single easy-to-digest pieces after this.

- Kept most details in the low poly model (polycount is decent but not insane -140k tris, overall fine imo, it's 2022 after all) having those 3d decorations was actually a goal that I had from the start for this piece. The only thing that I baked down to normal map was some small bolts on the waist belt.

- I used 2 4k texture sheets for this, 1 for the armor plates and 1 for the cloth/belts. There's a lot of plates that have a backside, so I needed the pixels. Still even with that, there's actually not enough texture resolution for what I had in mind. I wanted some really fine scratches on the plates but I just couldn't get those at even at 4k. They're there currently ... kinda, but they're thicker and blurrier than I would've liked. I debated using 8k for this actually but then I quickly remembered that my PC would probably combust if I tried it, so while not ideal this will have to make do.

- Should be out in a day or 2 ... or 3, I don't know actually. Depends how long it takes me to rig this so that it looks at least acceptable. I haven't rigged an armor like this in a long time and I'm anticipating it being a pain in the ass with all the metal plates on top. Hopefully those won't stretch or deform too unnaturally. I also want physics on the cloth in the back ... which now that I mention it, I realize I forgot to show it in the renders. Oh well, it's there trust me :P
