Project poll 13 (Patreon)

The previous project poll is done, time for a new one. You know the drill by know I hope, pick what you like, you can pick more than one and the top voted one is going to get made. I have nothing else to add here, so let's move on directly with the options :)

Courier sporty outfit

1. Baggy top (blue)

- I found this concept some time ago, I quite like its design, figured I'd put it on here to see if that sentiment is shared. Split it in pieces as I always do, so first one is the top.

- I haven't really done items that are too baggy or tops that hang off the shoulders like that, mostly because of rigging and deformation concerns. I'm willing to give it a go for this, but keep in mind that stuff like this will always look a bit off in motion rather than a still. I'm also not the best rigger there ever was to put it kindly, so that won't help matters. Nevertheless it looks interesting and cool so ...

2. Pants with belts/pouches (cyan)

- I only wanted to do the pants themselves here, but the tight belts/pouches is something that would influence the way those pants look and sit on the body. If I ever wanted to do them later, they might not look right because of that, so I guess they have to be done at once to get a good realistic look.

3. Runner shoes (green)

- These look like some modern running shoes/sneakers. I might take more inspiration from real life designs rather than the concept itself, or I might not, I guess I'd look into that more if they get picked.

- The image also has some other leftover pieces (socks/gloves etc) that I didn't allow voting for. This is mostly because with the other more substantial pieces being choices, I doubt smaller things would get picked here. If the bigger pieces get voted and made, I will go back and offer them as choices or complete the whole set of course separately from polls.

4. Combat boot and mechanical leg (red)

- The other items in this concept didn't really catch my eye for potential things to make, might change my mind on this at a later date, but for now, I think the feet are the most interesting piece by far there.

- This choice has the benefit of having 2 separate items (the boot and the mechanical leg boot thingy), which I'll make both. It would be pretty easy afterwards to mirror and duplicate said items on each leg, so mixing and matching ( both legs having a combat boot or the mechanical part etc ) would most likely be a thing.

5. Revy opened torn jeans with military style belt

- I didn't color code this, but it should be pretty obvious what you're voting for here from the name of the choice. Thank you cosplayers for the easy to get references hah, very helpful :P

- This is on here for 2 reasons. For one, I am a Black Lagoon fan and I have made items used by this character in the past (holsters hosted here on Patreon and the Beretta guns on Nexus), I always knew at some point I'd go back to the rest of the items.

The second more important reason is that, for a while, I've been meaning to take the time to create some ripped clothing texture resources that I could have and easily re-use for items such as these, so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time I decide to make something like this. Since these jeans have that feature in spades, it's the perfect opportunity to create said resources. 

There was a concept on previous polls that I've made and released pieces from in the past, that also had torn jeans (image), which would directly benefit from this. In fact those pants and belts from there were supposed to be one of the choices in this poll, but since there's overlap between these 2, I decided to replace it with a smaller more easy to manage asset that would allow for experimentation and pave the way for that one.

6. Revy green combat boots with untied shoelaces

- Not going to post a new image for these, you can see them in the previous one.

- Mostly here as a "might as well" choice since I submitted the jeans right now, but the boots have a certain charm to them, I do like the look of those.

- The top, I'm not going to allow voting for, it's a very very simple item, not really worth the slot for a vote. It's something that I can easily make separately after, if the rest of the items get picked, to complete the set.

7. More hair

- I doubt this gets picked, especially since I just made hair, but if you want more hair, well... pick this ? :) Figured I might as well have the option in case the demand for hair is still here right now. I'll follow this choice up with a separate hair poll if it gets picked. It will mostly contain the choices from the last hair poll except for the one that won and I made, I'd replace that with something else of course. Regardless, I do want to make some variations on the styles I've made, so there might be additional hairs being released outside of polls, maybe as early as next month.
