What's up this month (January 2024) (Patreon)

Heyo guys! It's late to post that, but I really think I need to do a little update about what I'm doing this month! So let's summ up what's happening next for January!

First of, I hope all of you guys enjoyed the last reward! 

I did put my everything into it, and if I had more time and more freedom... I think I would have done something even bigger... I also think I mentionned that in the Reward or last poll post, but it matters for today's subject...

Tbh it kinda killed my mood because I rushed it at the end. I felt a bit exhausted once I released it, but not really happy with everything in it... 

Don't get me wrong I think it's still very cool, but I don't feel like I do everytime, ready to work like I usually do. And Idk why, I really really want to do something big, refreshing, and absolutely f*cking cool to repair that!! I want to learn, I want to go Artsy to the max! I'M EAGER TO DO A MASTERPIECE!!!

And that's why we'll start with the first topic, Loki's cosplay!!

If you don't know Jessica Nigri, shame on you (just kidding, just kidding)
She might be one of the best cosplayer around here I know! Her stuff is amazing, and a bit "Olé olé" like we say in my lingo.

She did make an aboslutely amazing cosplay of Loki, and each and every single picture/video of this one makes me want to go crazy and draw. . . It's been a while since I saw it, but now it's really hard to resist the urge, so I think it'll do for my ARTSY HUNGER!

I don't thinks she's into feet tho, sooooo the main piece won't be feet related... I hope you guys will enjoy it as well, and pardon me in advance for not tickling that sexual drive of ours... But I really need that piece RIGHT NOW!

The usual and ingoing stuff that I need to finish first

Yeah I didn't quit toetsies, so let's summarize what I'll be working on after the Loki piece

That's about it lol
I don't want to come up with too much, knowing that there's only HALF of the month left already to go with!

There's also many other things comming up on a... Business? Technical? Entertaining? point? So this month is busy for me, even tho it doesn't really show as is right now!

The three horsemen of growth

Funny title lol anyways, as I mentioned on the last update (about opening commissions), I reaaaaaaally want to take my time when it comes to projects, but I need a more stable income to do so.

That's why I've been thinking about opening my horizons to the Japanese market with Booth and Pixiv Fanbox (big thanks to Alternator for that, go check out his content btw) but also... maybe try out streaming?

Let's discuss all that point by point, to be more precise...

For the Booth part, nothing too impressive, it's just a Gumroad type of store for Japanese customers. I'll mostly copy/paste what I did on my Gumroad shop, just to try things out.

I know there's few/close to no one people from Asia buying on Gumroad or supporting me on Patreon, so it might be wise to do it like that. We'll see how it goes!

For the Fanbox part, I'm still figuring out a few things...

It's obviously the same thing as a Patreon, but I know Patreon is special... Polls with rewards for example are exclusive to Patreon, and sooooo I need to thing of how things will go if I just want to copy/paste it on Fanbox.

I actually don't think I'll do two polls (like one on Patreon, one on Fanbox) but I don't want them to get NOTHING either. I also don't want people to get exclusive stuff somewhere and not on the other site so yeah, I need to think about that before launching it.

But if it's successful, maybe less worrying about income for me, and more awesome big projects yay!

And lastly, for the Streaming part... I'm still figuring out how and where to make it happen.

I have no clue about OBS, and Idk if I should stream on Picarto or Twitch... Or both? I think Twitch is fine if it's projects like Feet pinunps for example, since it's not really showing any NSFW stuff. I know someone like Kajin is able to stream over there! Idk if there's a NSFW mention still, Idk what I think about streaming on a platform where 13 yo peeps can come watch what I draw, and click on my links... 

Picarto is definitively a place I want to give a go, I just don't know if the reach will be worth it! I guess we'll see, anouncing it on Twitter beforehand might help!

And that's mostly what will happen this month. Just a few mentions I forgot, I'll be anouncing commissions sheet and opening tomorrow (or tonight if I feel like it lol) soooo we can start that seriously!

Mona AI will wait a little before getting anywhere, I feel like the shitstorm might be BIG especially since Wacom fucked up... I know I'm not particularly in the wrong, but I need to get ready for what might come with that project...

And other than that... I guess you'll have notifications about it!
