-1. Any participant patron must have their pledge processed for current month

2. Any patron who cancels their pledge will be inmediately left out from the list, regardless if their pledge was processed at the beginning of current month

3. Any winning patron stays out from the list for the next time in hopes to make this a bit more fair to the rest.

4. If % drops below 5 I'll have to move this benefit to a higher tier since I don't want to have this with gacha rates...
