I'm finally moved in. Mic Arm set up. Both monitors are live. I'm still living out of boxes for the most part with many walls to paint, lots of furniture to build and bags and boxes to empty, and organize, but I can finally start to return to some semblance of a routine. We finally have all of our worldly possessions removed from the old house, and have mostly cleaned and emptied it with hopefully just one more trip needed on Wednesday.

Last week I somehow managed to make a new video about a very simple but often requested topic, this week I'm going to return to working on the ARPG and hopefully deliver our first livestream from the new home on Friday. I will try to stream via YouTube this week to start things off. It will be an interesting test of the new 4g internet and its higher upload speed but wobblier ping. Expect perhaps some mini test streams throughout the week!

In the meanwhile, drop some comments below with suggestions for GameMaker video topics. I'm after some smaller, isolated videos that I can do while working on the RPG stuff. I still have the big google-form to draw from, but I'd like to hear some thoughts directly from you guys. We've had a lot of new people sign up who haven't yet had much chance to contribute ideas so lets get that particular plate spinning again.

What do you want to see covered? What do you think others would like to see? Why?

Would love to see a sneak peak of the changes coming to GMS2 this year, as there's a few new GML tricks that we'll all get to learn soon. Would be great to see a comparison of what was the old way vs what was the new (and hopefully better) way.

Perhaps possible once I get my hands on the new stuff. For now me and lazyeye did a long video talking at length about the changes (or what we know about them so far) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=leFoVq6n24Y

Something else came to mind because it's the bane of my existence; however I saw something like what I've been trying to create in the game Streets of Rouge. They have randomly generated maps that look like a dungeon (which is what I thought of trying) but I'm trying to get a top down city (think Pokemon). I thought about manipulating the idea of dungeons. Is this something you can consider demonstrating.
