Week 12 - An announcement! (Patreon)

First of all, I'm sorry  this update comes late in the week. I try always to write these on Mondays and that hasn't changed. 

What has changed though, is that after an emotional whirlwind of a week me and my partner are now buying a house together. There's a lot to be sorted out still and nothing is yet final but so far everything is looking good. Sick of paying someone else's mortgage we thought it time we tried to pay our own. 

The new house also comes with a better neighborhood (I've lost count of the number of recordings I've had ruined by pointless car honking and revving by our less than considerate neighbours) and an awesome attic style top floor room that we're planning to use as an office / recording space. Indirectly lit with big long walls which will make recording so much better on so many levels.

So as you might imagine... I've had a busy week. Talking with estate agents, solicitors and a mortgage advisor (and of course attempting to *get* a mortgage while supported by Patreon and YouTube is a whole thing in and of itself. Luckily my partner is a lot more ""Normal""!)

I'm excited, we LOVE the new house but I'm a wreck. And at a time when there's already so much on my plate. I've gotten some work done here and there but I won't lie it's been a rough week. Got this monitor review coming out soon hopefully.

I feel like I spend so much time apologizing for a snail pace of work on here. I'm so thankful for the support you give me and I hope the work that comes out of it has and will continue to live up to that support.
