November Poll themes! (Tier 3) (Patreon)

Hi! I wanted to finish the Hex animation before getting into the new polls, but since these tend to take a bit to get the results, why not get started while I finish the animation?

Here are the two themes I had for November! Tier 3+ will vote for its favorite TODAY, and the next 2 days they'll suggest characters for the winner (you'll see how that works if the Morrigan one gets chosen), and then Tier 2+ will vote for the final winner. All the voting should probably be done by next Friday
